Dr Taz Akkireddi

I am a GP registrar with dual qualifications in both medicine and physiotherapy. After completing my medical training (MD) in Perth, I spent the next few years working around Australia before deciding to settle back in Melbourne to be closer to my one true love …. the Carlton Football Club.

I have a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal medicine, spinal/shoulder/knee injuries and orthopedics.

When not at work I enjoy keeping fit (ish), attending AFL/NRL games and planning my next travel adventure.
