Dr Kate Annear

FRACGP, Diploma in Child Health, Master of Public Health

Kate completed her MBBS at the University of Western Australia in 2004. She undertook the majority of her post graduate training in Melbourne through the Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Royal Children's Hospital before commencing General Practice in 2011. 

She holds a Diploma in Child Health from Westmead (Sydney) and a Masters in Public Health from Monash University. 

Her main areas of interest are women and children's health, including preconception counselling, antenatal and postnatal care and travel medicine.  

Kate is currently working towards accreditation to provide shared care in conjunction with the Royal Women's Hospital for her antenatal patients.

Kate will be taking maternity leave from October 2020 and will be returning to the practice in early 2021.
